I was born in Nanjing, China, and my stage name is Shakesbilin. I'm the only child in my family—small body, huge energy, fueled by bubble tea and instant noodles. I treat the stage like a playground, a protest, and sometimes a group therapy session with better lighting. My work moves through society, culture, and spirituality like a confused but confident goose—offbeat, loud, and going somewhere important. I've always wanted to be a comedian since I was 10 years old.

I’m a circus on my own—no tent, no ticket. I juggle jokes and feelings, walk tightropes made of awkward truths, and pull punchlines out of emotional baggage I didn’t ask for but carry anyway. I believe if you're a giant, it's great to let people stand on your shoulders. But since I’m fun-sized, I build my own ladder out of bad decisions, weird dreams, and spicy metaphors.

My performances aren’t just about laughs—they’re about showing up real. I use humor to bend the rules, break expectations, and hold up a mirror that sometimes winks back. Laughter, for me, isn’t a way out—it’s a way through.

I believe humor can change things. In a world that feels too heavy too often, I don’t try to carry it all—I get it to dance, even if just for a moment.
